At PADE CARDS, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with the conditions below.
Return Period
You may request a return within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in its original condition.
The item must be returned in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) must be provided.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, or collector value reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival:
Opened booster packs
Opened booster boxes
Opened sealed products
Gift cards
Products damaged after delivery
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the product and packaging
We will review your request and provide an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
